Responsibilities: Join our client's Marine Workshop team in Houston as a Workshop Coordinator. Coordinate workshop orders and projects, collaborating with internal teams and customers. Daily tasks include project meetings and overseeing urgent overhauls. Independence and a strong understanding of mechanical installations, technical drawings, and assembly activities are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales in workshop-related quotations, especially for non-standard jobs.
- Manage the order process from receipt to completion.
- Plan and monitor workshop orders, actively participating in team meetings.
- Handle communication with external and internal customers.
- Manage tool/toolbox rentals for service colleagues or the workshop.
- Accountability and ownership of tasks.
- Collaborative team player with strong multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach.
- Flexibility and a customer service mindset.
- Fluency in Marine terminology.
