Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with a defined number of key accounts and prospects. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing operational issues and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Prospecting: Utilize your strategic acumen to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Proactively seek out and engage with potential customers, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Operational Support: Keep clients informed about shipment statuses, address inquiries regarding shipment movement and arrangements, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations.
- Documentation and Coordination: Liaise with clients to gather essential information for shipping documentation generation. Enter shipment data accurately into our freight management software system. Coordinate closely with vendors, shipping lines, and overseas forwarding agents to facilitate the timely arrival and delivery of shipments.
- Team Collaboration: Provide vital support to the Freight Logistics Department, assisting in customer inquiries and quotation preparation when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, preferably with a focus on ship spares.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in freight management software systems.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
