Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing frieght-forwarding company who is looking for a Project Executive to join their team. 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate on cargo collection and find suitable mode of shipment
  • Follow up on freight rates, booking and shipping status
  • Prepare import and export permits and monitor shipment status
  • Coordinate with other departments for tender preparations and submissions
  • Prepare quotation and invoices
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in logistics 
  • Possess good understanding of import and export
  • Prior experience with heavy equipment is required
  • Able to work at clients' premises
