Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvements and redesign initiatives aligned with our business strategy.
  • Manage data-driven safety and sustainability projects.
  • Shape governance and risk frameworks within our Maritime function.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery.
About You:
  • Strong project management and change leadership experience.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong background in consulting with exposure to projects related to mining, oil and gas, shipping, maritime, or related fields.
  • Passion for driving safety and sustainability in the maritime sector.
 
Basic Salary Range: SGD 180,000 - SGD 240,000 per annum
