Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a growing freight-forwarder who is looking for an Operations Executive to join its team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Execute and deliver marine logistics services to the clients
- Provide excellent customer service while adhering to the operational standards
- Document all operational tasks into the system
- Work closely with third parties to ensure charges and terms are accurate before confirmation
- Participate in onsite work at client premises based on project demands
- At least 3 years of experience in freight-forwarding
- Knowledge of OOG cargo / project logistics is a must
- Able to work independently and able to meet deadlines
