Faststream Recruitment has partnered with a well-established freight-forwarder who is looking for an Operations Executive to join its team.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate with clients, agents and overseas offices on shipments
  • Provide support on the full spectrum of shipping process
  • Monitor, guide and follow up with clients on their shipments
  • Manage and resolve client complaints 
  • Lead a team of operation specialists
Requirements:
  • AT least 5 years of experience in air and ocean freight
  • Has prior experience in managing a team
  • Good knowledge of import and export
  • Able to work independently and able to meet deadlines
