Responsibilities:
- Optimize vessel stowage and ensure safe vessel planning.
- Coordinate with agents and terminals to prevent delays and improve cargo operations.
- Manage Dangerous Goods (DG) requests, ensuring compliance with internal regulations.
- Monitor vessel performance using the SMART system, ensuring operational instructions are followed.
- Assist with voyage instructions and ensure operational procedures are adhered to.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Diploma in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of shipping operational experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with good English language skills.
