Are you passionate about technology and eager to solve complex challenges? Our client, a leading shipping company headquartered in Korea is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist.
  
Your new role:
In this role, you will be at the heart of the technological operations, maintaining servers, supporting critical systems, and contributing to the digital transformation efforts. You will work in a fast-paced, global environment, ensuring their IT infrastructure stays secure and optimized for smooth shipping operations. Key responsibilities include responding to employee inquiries; repairing and replacing IT equipment as required; troubleshooting and resolving network issues; overseeing and maintaining servers located in the server room to ensure high availability and performance; working closely with HQ IT teams to address digital security, data protection issues, and ensure compliance with policies.
  
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in IT support.  
  • Fluency in English and Korean language (both written and spoken) – to handle requests from headquarters in Korea.
  • Strong technical skills (coding included).
  • Strong understanding of server management and digital security protocols.
  • This role is looking for someone already based in Singapore.
