- Former Master Mariner with relevant shore experience as a Marine or HSEQ Superintendent
- Hands-on working experience with commercial tanker vessels, i.e oil, product, chemical, gas, etc.
- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in Chennai, India
