As the Head of Ship Management, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive technical management support to ensure the daily operation of the fleet is safe, efficient, and cost-effective. You will lead a dynamic team and oversee various sub-departments across Technical, Procurement, Marine & HSEQ and Crewing.
Key Requirements:
- MEO Class 1 COC equivalent and served up to a Chief Engineer.
- Seagoing and shore-based experience with dry cargo vessels is a must.
- Proven track record in a relevant leadership position overseeing the technical, procurement, marine & HSEQ, and crew departments.
- Given that this position is located in Shanghai and involves managing a Chinese team, strong proficiency in Mandarin, both spoken and written, is highly desirable.
