We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager for a senior role within a market leading offshore company. As the lead of the Operations Superintendents team, you will oversee a fleet of approximately 12 barges (with more to join soon), managing a team of 2 direct reports and a broader operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise all fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of 12 vessels under your care.
- Directly manage two Operations Superintendents, providing guidance and leadership to ensure optimal fleet performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to meet strategic goals, ensuring the fleet operates in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Support operational excellence, leveraging previous experience in fleet management and GCC operations.
- Proven fleet management experience is essential, particularly within the GCC region.
- A background in sailing is beneficial, though fleet management skills are the top priority.
- Experience managing jack-up barges is a plus, though not essential.
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to oversee teams and large-scale operations.
