Key Requirements:
- Former Chief Engineer or Master Mariner with substantial experience ashore.
- Demonstrated leadership experience leading fleet management teams - technical, marine & HSEQ, crewing and procurement
- Strong communication skills with proven experience in client relationship management.
- Ability to drive strategic decision-making and implement innovative solutions in fleet management.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and lead teams.
