As a Crew Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our vessels are manned with qualified personnel. Your responsibilities will include planning and overseeing crew rotations, maintaining effective communication with the crew, and collaborating closely with the Crew Manager, Operations Manager, and Fleet Managers. Additionally, you will manage the crew assignment system, liaise with fleet and site managers to ensure timely accommodation arrangements, and support various other administrative duties.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in Crew Planning or another role within the maritime industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences.
- Proficiency in computer systems and strong IT skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to build strong relationships with crew members and stakeholders.
- You must have the existing right to live and work in the UK.
