Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Ocean, or Structural Engineering, or equivalent
- Proven leadership experience in a shipping or maritime environment
- Strong understanding of cargo operations, stowage, and structural analysis
- Proficient in AutoCAD and FEA software (e.g., Ansys)
- Knowledge of Class Societies and IMO regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate effectively
