Brownfield Execution Planning Specialist (Contract)

As a Brownfield Execution Planning Specialist you will be directing and supervising all brownfield planning, execution and cost control activities on a new brownfield expansion project for the world's leading LNG producer.

The role is based in Qatar on a 36 month contract, and full family status is available for the duration of the project.

Key Job Accountability:

*Ensures Contractor progresses execution planning per the project objectives
*Ensures overall compliance with Projects objectives and plans
*Endorses construction field changes and extra work requests as delegated by the Project Manager
*Provides timely reporting to Onshore Project Manager
*Works in a project environment to create a culture that encourages everyone to contribute to their best ability every day
*Coordinates significantly complex internal and external interfaces including the potential for brownfield modifications and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)
*Clear and concise communications required with the PMT, Contractors and Site Team to ensure continuity in execution plans
*Leads by example and demonstrates high integrity in all details while sensitive to multi-cultural differences and effective communications with individuals for whom English is a second language.
*Interacts effectively with Project Teams and Departments to resolve issues that require effective communication, initiative, flexibility and an ability to influence without authority
*Works complex tasks to completion with minimal supervision intervention

Key Requirements:

*Bachelor degree in Engineering
*Significant experience in a Project Execution related environment.
*Experienced on major oil & gas / chemical projects.
*Experience with an EPC contractor, PMC or Operator.
