The role:
-Will be reporting directly to Business Development Director
-Responsible for seals and bearings business development growth projects
-Responsible for developing business case proposals that concentrate on the growth for the assigned market area
-Lead and successfully deliver business development projects globally according to the business strategy
-New product launch management
-Support marine solutions business development team
-Demonstrate clear project management and leadership skills within the organisation
Candidates must have:
-Project management experience within a marine or related industry
-Strong commercial capabilities
-HNC - Business or Engineering or equivalent
-Marine market or product knowledge
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-High attention to detail
-Presentation skills
