Faststream are pleased to be working with a leading provider of specialized maritime web-based software.
To support their continued strong growth plans our client is seeking to strengthen its vibrant commercial team and are now looking to hire a Customer Success Executive.

The role:

*Map out and keep up-to-date records of all customers and their users in EMEA.
*Track every user's usage of system functions
*Proactively provide customers general system training & specific feature training on a regular basis
*Collaborate with Sales, Marketing & Support teams to maximize user's product experience
*Manage customer's requests, ensuring that they are responded to timely and consistently
*Constantly improve specific business and customer understanding, as well as market trends knowledge
*Maintain all administrative tools up-to-date as required and instructed

Candidates Must Have:

*Relevant work experience with international companies, ideally shipping related
*Strong interest in Maritime transport and Logistics
*University degree in Sales, Business, Economics or related or equivalent
*Ability to work independently in a cross cultural business environment
*Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
*Proactive, resourceful and goal-oriented attitude
*Analytical and strategic mind-set
*Exceptional planning and organization skills
*Excellent verbal and written English
*Second foreign language is considered as an advantage
