Customer Service Manager (Permanent)

We are currently partnering with one of the world's leading and reputable freight forwarding company. Due to their business expansion, they are looking to recruit for a Customer Service Manager.

You will be responsible for the entire team of the customer service team. You will manage and execute the implementation of customer's requirements and operating procedures. You will be responsible for the preparation of quotations for the different cross trades. You will ensure that the customer staff has proper customer's allocation.

You will be expected to join a sales visit when necessary with the sales team. You will develop customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers. You will work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure that the customer's expectations and request are fulfilled by the operations at all times.

The ideal candidate must have at least eight years of working knowledge and experience within the freight forwarding or supply chain industry. You must have a great penchant for customer service.
