Our client is a major player in the Shipping and logistic sector.

As the Senior Executive - C&B, you will report directly to the VP and be responsible for supporting the full operations of C&B as well as manage projects.

Your duties will include:

Support the annual compensation review exercise including salary reviews, performance bonus, benchmarking
Assistant the administration and advise on benefits for the organization
Keeping up to date on the latest market trends as well as procedures and policies
Ensuring the organization is compliance with the law on all matters
Supporting the implementation of various HR projects within the C&B space

Profile required:

A good Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University
At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits operations in an MNC
Numbers driven and able to cope in a fast paced environment
Creative and dynamic.
