Our client, a leading logistics company is recruiting a new Talent Acquisition Executive in order to strengthen their team.

Job Description:
*Execute effective recruitment process to evaluate and identify the right talents for the organization
*Facilitate the full cycle of recruitment process including resume screening, shortlisting of candidates for interviews and conducting face-to-face interviews
*Work closely with Business Partners and Hiring Managers on manpower planning and staffing needs
*Manage high volume of hiring requests
*Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and social networks
*Propose innovative solutions for especially for niche roles and mass recruitment projects
*Build up a strong partnership with agencies and evaluate their performances

Job Requirements:
*5 years of experience in recruitment, from logistics, freight-forwarding or manufacturing industry
*Open to candidates from recruitment agencies
*Experience in managing mass recruitment projects
*Resourceful with exposure to multiple recruiting channels (newspaper, job portal, social media, referral etc)
*Experience in recruitment vendor management in rates negotiation, review of contracts and quality of candidates
*Hands-on experience recruiting blue collar workers to mid-level white collar workers
*Assertive communicator, dynamic personality to manage internal and external stakeholders' expectations
*Open minded, positive, can-do attitude to work around constraints in hiring requirements
*Self-organized, self-initiated, autonomous, perform well with little supervision
*Result oriented, passionate about recruitment
